When I built The Mold Team, I did what most owners do: I worked around the clock, wore every hat, and told myself I’d slow down “someday.” But life has a way of waking you up — sometimes the hard way.
When my husband was run over, everything changed in moments. I was texting clients beside his hospital bed and he was back to work before he even got a cast for his broken bones.
That season forced me to see just how much we were carrying on our own shoulders. It made me figure out — fast — how to build systems, and turn our business into something that could run well, without running us into the ground.
